What to expect:

Intensive programs are conducted in groups, usually in spaces of distension, where different exercises and dynamics are proposed and guided.  The figurative and playful dimension of the technics employed will facilitate learning, group cohesion, openness. A high perception and understanding of the internal dynamics operating will be achieved and a set of strategies will be acquired and implemented to maximize performance and collaboration.

The duration of a group program, depending on the needs of the group, may consist of a single intervention during an intensive day, weekend or a week. Or a set of sessions that are held regularly on a weekly, or monthly basis during an agreed period of time.
