NLP is a multi-dimensional process that involves the development of behavioural fitness and flexibility, but also involves strategic thinking and an understanding of the mental and cognitive processes behind it.  NLP provides tools and skills for the development of states of individual excellence by establishes a system of empowering beliefs. Through NLP you will gain insight about what communication is and what the process of change is all about. It is a self-discovery process of exploring identity and mission. It also provides a framework for understanding and relating to the share of human experience that reaches beyond us as individuals to our family, community and global systems. A key element of NLP is that, we form our unique internal mental maps of the world, as a product of the way we filter and perceive information, absorbed through our five senses, from the world around us. Through our own unique mental filtering system, a perception map of the world is established; this map is based on internal images, sounds, tactile awareness, internal sensations, tastes and smells. We then assign personal meaning to the information being received from the world outside. We form our mental map by assigning language to those internal images, sounds and feelings, tastes and smells. We then create behavioural response that manifest as a result of our understanding of reality founded on that individual map.

The NLP practitioner acts as an agent of change, working with individuals, groups, companies, or even global organisations and governments. NLP has an amazing track record for instigating fast and efficient change in individuals and groups.

The NLP technics can be employed across a wide area of applications ranging from fields as diverse as education, team building, sales, marketing, personal development, leadership and coaching. Wherever there is human interaction and growth potential, NLP can be used to develop and enhance performance.
