Gestalt Therapy is a very effective and empowering change practice for working with individuals, couples, groups, teams and organisations. It provides broader understanding of how people communicate and relate to each other. It is an integrative method with very manageable concepts and tools so that you can become much more effective in your personal relations and in your work setting.


Brief Therapy is about being brief and focusing on solutions, rather than on problems. Finding out what might help us to get to solutions that would bring on realistic, reasonable relief as quickly as possible.

Transpersonal Therapy

Transpersonal Therapy approaches human experiences in a philosophical, alternative, spiritual way. Including fields such as mindfulness, meditation, semi hypnotic trance and visualizations. Transpersonal psychology reaches areas of inquiry in a way that no other approach does, because of its particular viewpoint and orientation.


NLP is a multi-dimensional process that involves the development of behavioural fitness and flexibility, but also involves strategic thinking and an understanding of the mental and cognitive processes behind it.  NLP provides tools and skills for the development of individual excellence.
