Gestalt Therapy is a very effective and empowering change practice for working with individuals, couples, groups, teams and organisations. It provides broader understanding of how people communicate and relate to each other. It is an integrative method with very manageable concepts and tools so that you can become much more effective in your personal relations and in your work setting.

Gestalt is a humanistic therapy that considers and approaches the person as a complex, unique wholeness of body, mind and spirit. It is this individuality which validates our experiences, and we are also invited to explore how, being inimitable, we are in continues dialogue, interaction with others, and how this interaction does shape us, sometimes forcing us into unhealthy, difficult to break, patterns.

A Gestalt therapy session will provide you with a safe environment where together with the therapist, known scenarios might be recreated for you to explore your own reactions, feelings and behaviours, without judgement, whether they are productive or destructive, in order to develop awareness of unmet needs, interruptions to success and satisfaction, unfinished business and projections. Far from just working on the symptoms, Gestalt Therapy ultimate aim is to broaden the light, understanding area within, minimizing the shadow, or unknown area from where we reply, to evolve alternative, healthier responses.

What to expect



A Gestalt Therapy session is set in a pleasant, safe environment. I will use a diversity of creative, interactive practises where the therapeutic relationship will be use as a scenario/lab to explore feelings, emotions, and behavioural patterns, to facilitate your access to an amplified mindful state of consciousness where to expand and develop your understanding of how, past experiences might have shaped and might be influencing your actual capacity of responding to life and achieving your goals. By becoming a mindful mirror I will aim for you to contact with the untold story behind your needs. You will be encouraged to share and reflect on your insights in order to relevantly redesign your present moment.

The duration of the session fluctuates from 1 hour and 1 hour and 15 minutes.

The length of the process will adapt to your needs, depending on the matter and your commitment. Gestalt therapy insights integration settles profoundly, a process would be estimated to last for 4 to 6 month.


All Therapy sessions can also be set up as a Skype session.
